Here at SWAT Ministries, we have expectations for how we want our leaders to be not only on SWAT weekends, but hopefully all the time.
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Matthew 6:33
Ultimately, we want our leaders’ identity to be rooted and established in Jesus. Out of that comes an intentional spirit, attitudes and actions that are above reproach, responsible choices, actions that honor one another and students, and a compassionate spirit. These expectations are explained to our leaders during our training weekend, called IGNITE.
Be in prayer for our leaders that they would continue to be rooted in Jesus. Without him, we are simply striving and will ultimately fail in our earthly attempts. Thank you for supporting this ministry with your prayers! We are grateful!
